Cateringstation.com feels that no order is too small. We will ship any size order and we have no minimums. We generally ship UPS ground though on large orders, we may ship by common carrier. All prices quoted are for shipments within the continental United States.
Cateringstation.com will ship your in stock items within 24-48 hours. We ship from New York City so please take shipping time into consideration when placing your order. East Coast is generally 1-2 days, Central States are 3-5 days and the West Coast is 5-7 days transit time from when it leaves our warehouse. Next day, second day or third day deliveries are available at additional cost. We cannot be held responsible or liable for any late deliveries.
By law we are required to charge sales tax to any orders shipped within the state of New York. We will accept New York State Resale or Tax Exempt Certificates. They must be faxed or emailed to us so we have your number on file.
Requests for returns must be made to our Customer Service Department within 10 business days of receipt of you order. We will only accept merchandise in its original packaging and condition. If a package is delivered in a visibly damaged condition, or if you received less than the number of packages stated on the delivery log, inform the driver to make note of such damage or shortage on the delivery log, or you may lose your right to make a claim with the delivery company.
We will credit to your account in full for the following reasons: We have shipped you the wrong items or the carrier has lost or damaged your shipment. Within 30 days of the original invoice, we will issue you a return authorization for any reason subject to the following conditions:
>>Customer agrees to pay full return freight
>>Items are returned in full case and in resalable unopened condition.
In addition, all returned items are subject to a 15% restocking charge. We will not take back any returns without a Return Authorization (RA) number. We do not accept freight collect returns.
Please note that all claims of damage should by made to the carrier, not to Cateringstation.com. (The carriers have special procedures to handle claims)
The Colors shown throughout our website are the closest match possible. The tableware, napkins and tablecloths may vary slightly from the sample shown. We will not accept any returns for colors being off a shade. If you are in doubt about a color, please request a sample and we will be try to send it to you at no cost.
